The stories of Braselton's history come alive in this 90-minute guided tour of the historic district. Guests cruise through downtown on the Braselton Trolley, disembarking to explore iconic landmarks such as the famed Braselton Brothers Department Store, Enterprise Roller Mill, and Greek revival-style Town Hall. Tours are offered Saturdays at 10 a.m., rain or shine, and depart from the The Mill Welcome Center.
Tour length: 90 minutes
Ticketing: $20 admission for ages 5 and up. Children under 5 are free. Ticketholders may join the same-day Explore Braselton Trolley Tour at 12:30 p.m. at no additional cost, if seats are available.
Departure Location: The Mill Welcome Center, 16 Frances St., Braselton GA 30517.
Parking: There is limited parking at The Mill and Braselton Park. Ample parking is available in the Braselton Parking Deck, 40 E. Lake Drive. Exit the parking deck at Level 2, then use the crosswalk at the traffic light to cross Hwy. 53 to The Mill.
Trolley Tour Info: The trolley is enclosed and climate-controlled for a comfortable riding experience. The tour will exit the vehicle to get an up-close view of historical structures. Extensive walking is not required.
ADA Accessibility: The trolley is fully accessible to people using mobility devices, but moderate mobility is required for those wishing to disembark at historical landmarks. The welcome center and market are located on the main level of the mill; both are ADA compliant. Due to the preservation of the mill’s original floor plan, accessibility to the museum is limited. The upper levels of the 2.5-story museum are accessible via stairs only.
