On Sunday, January 15, 2023, explore new tastes, discover local products, and learn how to create pairings for your own charcuterie boards. This tasting and shopping event is a celebration of locally-sourced charcuterie, which includes cured meats and accompanying cheese, bread, produce, wine, beer, and more. This ticketed event lasts from 2 to 6 p.m. and your $75 ticket includes:
- Unlimited access to food sample stations and a beautiful charcuterie display
- Samples from Georgia wineries and breweries, including Braselton's own Chateau Elan Winery and Braselton Brewing Company
- Expert demos about charcuterie pairings and arrangement from Marci Braselton of Community Kitchen, Chateau Elan Winery, Braselton Brewing Co., and Beast Little Cannery
- A tour gift
- The opportunity to purchase sampled products
Ticketholders must be at least 21 years of age to participate and will need to show a valid ID at check-in, which begins at 1:45 p.m.
